Robert 0. Keller Memorial Park is Richland Township’s original park, located next to the Township Building at 1328 California Road. It has a softball field; a multi-purpose field that can be used for softball, baseball, soccer, or other field sports; pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a 1/3 mile paved walking path, and a 1 mile wooded nature trail with exercise stations. Additional amenities include a picnic pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal grills, a tot lot playground, and portable toilets. The facilities are available for use by the residents of the Township free of charge. The pavilion may be rented out for private parties for a nominal fee.

Veterans Park is located at 145 East Pumping Station Road. The park has four lighted tournament-style softball fields, and two multi-purpose fields that can be used for softball, baseball, soccer, or other field sports. Additional amenities include a picnic pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal grills, tot lot playground, swings, and a 1/2 mile walking path with exercise stations and park benches.

Veterans Park Memorial Garden Commemorative Brick Program

Richland Township Park & Recreation Board sells commemorative bricks to be placed in the walkway to the Veteran's Memorial Garden at Veterans Park. The 4"x8" gray paver can be imprinted with three lines of up to 13 characters on each line.

Great Blue Heron Park

 

 

 

 

 

Great Blue Heron Park is the most recently built park located at 3202 Dovecote Drive (in the Brayton Gardens II Development). The park has a soccer kick wall, basketball courts and a tot lot.   Additional amenities include a picnic pavilion with tables and a small walking trail around the park (adjacent to the larger walking trail that is part of the Richland Township trail system).

 

 

When using Richland Township Parks please abide by the posted "Rules and Regulations". Kindly dispose of your trash and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles and clean up after your pets. All pets must be leashed.  Smoking is prohibited in all parks.
